About Certyfi
Certyfi is Australian software for equipment certification, calibration and maintenance.
We are not a scale company. We are not a certification body. We build the system that certification providers, calibration providers, technicians and service companies use to run the work — and that their customers use to see the proof.
The platform is equipment-agnostic. If an asset needs a certificate, a history and a due date, it belongs here.
Why it exists
Certyfi was built from the operational reality of Australian field and workshop work: customers on paper, certificates in inboxes, due dates in spreadsheets, and no shared view for the client. The first production tenant came out of that world. The product was then generalised on purpose.
What we believe
- Claim only what ships.
- The certificate the customer keeps is the point.
- Providers do the skilled work. Software removes the admin.
- Customers deserve a window, not a PDF graveyard.
- Partners should be able to work on the same customer record over time.

What you can do in the product today
Providers record customers and equipment, schedule visits, assign technicians, complete jobs, and issue PDF certificates. Customers sign in to view equipment and download certificates.
Account access stays on the office network until public launch. These pages stay public. Request access.
