## Product (accurate)
- Live loop as above. Customer portal: view equipment and download certificates.
- Report Builder in the provider app chooses modules for issued PDFs. Pixel-perfect canvas export is not the live certificate engine.
- Billing: Super Admin can set a subscription status. Card checkout (Stripe) and Xero are not live.
- Help for signed-in users: /dashboard/help, /customer/help, /admin/help (office lock until go-live).

Native mobile apps, AI chat widget, public provider marketplace, Stripe billing, Xero sync, unrestricted public signup, AI-authored certificates.
