This draft describes, in plain language, the information the public site and the product handle today. It will be replaced by a reviewed notice. Certyfi is not a NATA accreditation body and not a scale manufacturer.

Public site

Marketing pages do not ask you to create an account. The Request founding access form collects the details you type — name, role, business, email, industry choices — so Super Admin can review a founding-member request. Submitting the form does not create a login. Do not send passwords or customer equipment lists in that form.

Product

Signed-in tenants and customer organisations store the operational record: customers, equipment, schedules, results, certificates, users and the related files. That information is there so providers can do the work and customers can see the proof. Access follows the account, the role and the site scope. A Finance tab with contract values is permission-gated.

What this draft does not decide

• The legal entity name block a lawyer wants beside the ABN.
• Retention periods, overseas disclosure, and the APP-by-APP table.
• Cookie or analytics wording. Do not assume a tracker is in use because this page exists.
• How a tenant’s own customers are notified. Tenants remain responsible for the personal information they enter about their clients.
